Hi guys just a quick tip if you use non stick baking parchment in replacement on foil you food will not stick and you can also use in microwave I use the one from Bacofoil and I get mine from Tesco xx

I've had Hello Fresh for over a year, always had decent meat i've noticed last couple of months the chicken has been inedible. I think due to demand they must be finding cheaper suppliers it's a shame as I love the meals but I feel the same x

I would definitely quibble with the idea of the chicken thighs are the “cheap part“: the thigh is my favorite piece of the chicken. I think it’s the juiciest and most flavorful piece of the bird. And now I can say I’m sure the instructions are tailored to the country, since oven temperature would only be in Fahrenheit in the US but centigrade in the UK. I’m sure that any dishes here would also say “mashed potatoes“ rather than “mash,” for what it’s worth.

Had exactly the same smell and taste experience with our Hello Fresh box with this recipe. Couldn’t eat it, smelled rank. 2 potatoes for wedges also a bit on the mean side. I’ve since stopped our HF subscription. Quality just not there in my opinion x

I find that Chicken thighs always smell of rotten eggs I think it’s the skin on the chicken or something that makes them smell I prefer chicken breast it don’t smell funny we cooked a Nando’s cornflakes meal tonight I recommend it very nice although I think they skimped on the cornflakes even though I crushed them to death they were almost powder
