Once it exists, a comparison with Meticulous Milk would be cool.

Great idea

Oh dang. I read the founders’ story. I used to go to both of these coffee shops when I lived in Singapore back in 2008-11 “founded by two individuals… He established PPP Coffee (formerly known as Papa Palheta) and set up Chye Seng Huat Hardware, an icon in the local café landscape”. Chye Seng Huat is still one of the coolest vibes for a coffee shop I’ve ever seen.

Thank you for "alternative" tutorial. Genuinely was wondering why my oat milk wasn't as frothy. Also, the ice cold milk is a great tip.

I can do a full tutorial as well if that's helpful!

How does it compare to the Nano Foamer Pro?
@PositivelyNice7 күн бұрын
Subminal works 100%. I don’t have Morning Dream but consider a Nanofoamer Pro’s relative miniature size, I’d say, Subminimal is worth every penny.

I have the Pro and I like it (Until it broke) and they send me a new one free of charge, it works great, as you may know it gives you good enough repetitive outcome, but to be honest I prefer the lithium wand ... I'm expecting to receive my morning dream before end of year and would be able to compare, but this looks very promising to be honest, perfect pairing with the Flair 58, now the real compare will be agains the Meticulous Milk, which I ordered too (I'm a victim of KS campaigns) ...but to be honest, my hopes on the Met Milk are not that High like for the espresso machine (Which I already saw in live) IMO the Subminimal products are wonderful, they have a big differentiator, and that's that they do not add any extra water/steam to the milk, which id does changes the flavor of the milk....which depending of your likes, it may be a good or a bad thing

I would say this is for the coffee nerd who loves the art of steaming milk and having full control. It works as good as any commercial steam wand. The NanoFoamer is great because it does it all for you and there is no guess work. great for beginners

As a cafelat robot user who mostly make milk drinks, this is perfect

Great combo but weird to think your steam wand is more expensive than your espresso machine

It'd be nice if they put this on Amazon

Any good comparisons between the milk produced by things like this and the Nespresso Aeroccino or or Subminimal options? These are all options to use with manual lever espresso machines, Pod machines or Aeropress. At this range price, do you go with a pitcher style frother/heater? Or even getting a small espresso machine just for the semi-auto steam wand like a Bambino Plus.

This needs to be cheaper. You can get an espresso machine that actually makes espresso and steams milk for $50 - $100 less than the price of this machine that only steams milk. People who want something like this are trying to save money by buying cheap, manual lever machines, and they're not going to spend $500 on a machine that only steams. The only people I can see buying this are the people who buy a more expensive, manual lever machine just for the sake of the experience. This machine makes sense for exactly a very small group of people at $500. This should be a $100 machine.
