These things are beyond Mele. The Malta refinery is owned by our govt officials, past and present. Secondly, Nigeria is depending too much on oil for revenue and expenditure. We have borrowed too much under buhari and tinubu. NNPC is used to generate revenue and pay debts. Why they don't make profit is that Nigeria borrows everything. NNPC is more like a crude oil revenue bank! We need to invest the net gains in agriculture and ensure security, to enable Nigerians feed themselves. That will take the pressure away from oil. Tinubu is focusing too much on revenue sharing and palliatives, which is not sustainable.😅
