I think Lily Collins really captured Clary's character well in the movie, despite not physically looking how I'd imagined her. Jamie as Jace, however. I literally have 0 faults. He is perfect.

I have tried 10+ times to watch that show but it sucked so bad, the only good thing about it was malec and only cause they actually continued it. Still had to find the wrong guy again. But I really like Jocelyn. And I would like to see the love triangle of Luke/Jocelyn/Valentine. I think that both loved her. Just in different ways. While Luke would do anything for her happiness and even let her be with Valentine and took care of Clary, Valentine was possessive over her. His love was toxic.

En mi opinion, y sin que nadie se ofenda, la pelicula no funcionó porque hay mucha gente que es muy purista, comparándola con los libros. Esta pelicula es una adaptacion o esta basada en una saga de libros, lo que no implica es que sea tal cual. Para las personas que no habiamos leido los libros o no sabiamos nada acerca de Cazadores de sombras, nos permitió tomar contacto con ese mundo y entender a los personajes y su entorno. De hecho la escena en la que clary cae encima de Jace en la azotea del hotel Dumort no está en el libro, y no he oido a nadie quejarse de ella.Que hay cosas que se podian haber hecho mejor? Por supuesto, pero tambien pasa lo mismo con Poldark, Outlander, El descubrimiento de las brujas, y tantas series basadas en libros, cambian cosas y se permiten licencias. Es una pena que se boicoteara la pelicula, porque los actores son realmente buenos..he intentado ver la serie y nada que ver..
