Just thought this movie is very much ahead of its time. I read the entire novel after watching this. It didn’t felt like just Jamie and Lily but like the real Jace and Clary and I absolutely adore their chemistry. I could never imagine any other people portraying the characters, that’s why I haven’t really watched the series. If only they get to continue this franchise til the end! I’ve watched this more than 10x and still can’t get over it so I read the book everytime I miss it. ❤

They’re not siblings. Jace was brought up but Valentine as an experiment, but the real Jonathan is somewhere else and appears in the later books. Jace is actually a Herondale, and he ends up with clary.
