The picture quality is poor in the beginning of this video, but after the first few minutes it improves.
Morton has former foster child Roger Peck as his guest, in an in-depth look at the program and the effects on those who have been through that system. Guests also include Barney Sackett, owner of the Adonis Theatre in Philadelphia, Greg Amundson, attorney who defends foster care system in LA & Sue Dondiego advisor, NJ Foster Parents Association.

Thank you for these Morton Downey shows. I enjoyed the show back then and love getting to see some now (both ones I never saw before and ones to see again). Even if the technical quality isn't perfect (but this one was fine) its still better to get to see it! I'd like to see the weight loss episode again some day (included a very obese woman who claimed she was happy to be that way). Others on the panel debated the most effective weight loss strategies. Thanks also for editing out the commercials so precisely.

The jumping and crazy screen makes this too difficult to watch with any enjoyment.

Sorry about that, this tape was a rough copy. I did put a disclaimer in the description. The distortion goes away for the most part after about the first five minutes or so.

If that guy is 23 what he doing still in the care system, he's an adult?

I haven’t followed up on that man yet. He clearly had a rough background. But I can only hope he got his life together after his story was made public.
