absorb life grants you even more sustain in hard matchups. Last stand however its really good, most of the times with yone you are -50% hp

@@Dylanfloo yes i know but after laning its completely useless and above that you never really need absorb life second wind dshield is more than enough and then you have the amazing scaling of triumph allowing a way easier way to 1v9
