Finally, spring is here! Take a walk through the forest and pick some wild garlic, also known as bear's garlic. Be very careful, the leaf must smell strongly of garlic, do not confuse it with lilies of the valley which are toxic!
Ingredients
a bunch of garlic leaves
50 grams of ripened cheese
1/4 cup nuts of your choice
juice from half a lime
100ml extra virgin olive oil
Put everything in the blender until you reach the desired consistency.
Cover with oil and keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
Enjoy!
