🎄🔥The most amazing TENDER cake for the New Year! Recipe for Christmas cake with cottage cheese!
RECIPE for buns, cakes with cottage cheese.
200 ml warm milk.
7 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift 430 g flour.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
60g sugar.
1.5 g vanillin.
Mix everything together.
1 chicken egg.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Mix with flour.
Add yeast mixture.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
350 g cottage cheese.
1 egg yolk.
20g sugar.
Mix everything well.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Roll the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Put the quark on the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the rolling pin into 5 parts.
The length of each piece of dough is 5 cm.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Place the rolls in a baking pan.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Brush the rolls with egg white.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The cake is almost ready.
Sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar.
The rolls turned out very fluffy!
Sweet curd filling inside!

Да, скорее это пирог, очень аппетитный. Но я бы на дно формы раскатывала тонкий слой теста и на него укладывала рулетки, чтобы начинка не подгорала и не портила вид пирога

Гораздо проще, ближе к середине времени выпекания поставить на дно духовки ёмкость с водой и тогда ничего не пригорит

А я стала добавлять в эти булочки различные начинки. Вот уже лет 10,а может быть и больше , в нашей семье эти вкусные булочки(если без начинки) готовлю.

From all the cottage cheese I've seen on supermarket shelves, it is more liquid,larger curds, and has saltier taste. From the looks of quark it looks more like farmer cheese. Recipe under the video description, however, calls for a cottage cheese. Good luck with baking! Let us know how it turns out..

Yummo! Love this recipe. Try putting sultanas in with the cheese mix. Soak the sultanas overnight in a little brandy or sherry if you like. Mix them through gently or just put the sultanas over the top of the cheese mix before you roll it up. You don’t need many, maybe half a cup. You won’t regret it. Old school like grandma made.
