the adoring fan has nothing on adrian gordon from wasteland 2. they made him so annoying, that the goal was it would eventually just make you shoot him so he would finally shut up. he talked out of turn in a turn based game. when the game was paused for everything else, his dialogue would continue. even when you minimize the game and it normally doesnt make a single noise, you can still hear his dialogue. and he is extremely annoying

Bro you can just kill him. Killing NPCs is easy as fuck in skyrim. Go out of town quick save kill them and see if any problems arise. If not then gg you got rid of the annoyance. Want their cool armor? Just ask them to follow you and kill them after you take their equiped items.
