Citicoline, Bacopa Monnieri, Lion’s Mane, Rhodiola Rosea, and L-Theanine have plenty of peer-reviewed documentation that support the claims of memory-enhancement. On top of that, this product is NSF-certified which is top-tier support (unless the badge was not legitimately earned.) The way you determine if these supplements are going to do anything is the dosage - if the dosages are listed, it would certainly be safe to assume the product does as it claims because of the NSF certification. If the dosages are not listed, its typically because the manufacturer has underdosed to save costs and the product will be less effective. If the supplement lists proper dosages, cites real research, and avoids exaggerated claims, it could be legitimate-but most brands do not meet these standards.

The initial Magnus Hans Fiasco was great for the chess plotline. Magnus was humbled both by Hans and by his own lame reaction to it. We all kinda let it go cause magnus is the main character but I think we all understand that our GOAT only got 1 of those. Now a more humble Magnus has alot of pressure on him everytime he plays Hans almost like a reverse magnus effect. And the fact that Hans has been improving quickly while just seemingly being sooo pissed all the time makes him such a great heel lol

Magnus blundered the "Hans is cheating" situation in my view. It was an unnecessary distraction and I feel Hans was wronged. But whatever, I know Hans had his shady on line cheating past to contend with. Still Hans has proven to be so easy to dislike I just don't care about his ability.
