Love the tile, corner lot is actually nice. i wasn't sure I would want one but the privacy is nice. Love the wall, again more private. Are you full time? or wintering?

It was new inventory in the New Hampton Verandas. in the Village of McClure. The house on our same road is currently for sale. It's 2304 Harrison Road if you want to give it a look at thevillages.com !
