The packing for the printer itself is awesome, I kept the bubble wrap stuff they shipped with it; rest is paper and cardboard. 10:39 - Bambu also highly recommends against running cardboard spools in the AMS, people think it's the cardboard dust from it rolling but it's actually cause' none of them are remotely round and they bind up causing all kinds of issues.

It's funny how this randomly noted how early case unboxings are probably one of the last places where they actually make sense, since most of the manufacturers seem willing to note that they're fixing things, or will fix things based on criticisms. Given the modular nature of them, and with fewer plastic molded parts (with those usually not being the issue), they have wiggle room pre-production, whereas something like a mouse or keyboard...really just means wait for a v2 if you agree with the unboxer's opinion.

Elijah managing to directly hit the mic under Linus's shirt with that banana at 20:30 was absolutely perfection

Regarding the „making cloths at home after work“: not sure how it is in the clothing industry, but in IT this is somewhat common (at least for the hardcore nerds). When I have free time, I like to tinker with new technologies that might not have anything to do with the day job, but that still teach me new things. And often enough, I can use some of these skills and knowledge at work at a later date.

I am also in IT. Out of the vast amounts of other IT people I've been around, its literally only a handful that are tech enthusiasts like this. Its surprising to me, honestly.

Tech? Sure. But most recruiters seem to think we enjoy coding in our free time.
