The most beautiful cake we've ever made 😍

Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
24 Jumbo marshmellows
2 Cups of Fruity Pebbles Cereal
1/4 stick of butter (Cubed)
2 bricks of cream cheese
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 Cup of powdered sugar
2 Cups of heavy cream
Pink food coloring (optional)
Directions:
1) In a large casserole dish add cereal, marshmellows, and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until marshmellows and butter is melted.
2) Remove from oven and mix well. Add mixture to a greased spring form pan, and form into a bowl to create the cake crust. Then place in freezer for 15-20 minutes to set.
3) In a large bowl add cream cheese, lemon juice, and sift in powdered sugar. Mix with a hand mixer, add heavy cream, food colouring, and mix again.
4) Add mixture to cereal shell, and place back into freezer for about 3-4 hours.
5) Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and enjoy!

Butter on your hands when your forming the rice crispy treats. And you don't have to dip the mouse out with an icecream scooper. Works just fine with a spatula.

So I tried making this! Placing parchment paper at the bottom of the pan before baking marshmallows was game changing- however, when you try to stir them up the parchment paper moves around so just be aware of that. I tried molding my marshmallows around the bowl but the marshmallows weren’t stiff enough for some reason… I tried making the walls but it kept sliding down 😭 and the longer I kept trying to mess with it, the stickier it got to my hands and itself. Also, don’t add butter to the sides of the pan because the marshmallows won’t stick 🤣 but butter on your hands helps fr! Then they won’t stick to you too much. Anyways, how to you get the marshmallows to be moldable?! 😢
