Same here in Oklahoma. I have been gardening up a storm, but the heat here is preventing most things to maturing with fruit. We had temps of 104 for weeks. We are happy when we see a day @ 99. It's a beast gardening in this state and I'm a experienced.

Same here. North Texas. My garden looked so lovely in early June and then someone turned the oven on and cooked it. I think I got a total of 4 tomatoes from 6 plants, maybe a pint of green beans, 4 zucchinis and 6 melons. That's it. I am in the process of ripping out the last of the garden and will try again in the fall.

Beautiful! My garden is SO BEHIND this year! Not only that but deer also destroyed a large portion of my crops. But, now I’ve learned that I need to prepare for the deer next year. Idk why this is the first year they have ever jumped the fence to get in but it’s one hard lesson to learn.

Now THAT’S a GREAT gardening video! Going out and harvesting the whatever that is ripe - or close to it. But here we can see the state of the garden, what you do, when you harvest. It’s always nice seeing the things you have and do in common with us, and some the things that are different. The video and Ma Nature just speaks for itself, doesn't it? It's that Zen of gardening. Thanks for sharing.
