It's been more than a year since it was renamed from Araneta Center to Araneta City. It definitely has grown and levelled up compared to when i first arrived here 10years ago. It's now a bustling commercial mixed-use area which is great. Constructions of business centers and condominium are still ongoing though some of the business has gone away. When it comes to shopping, there aren't a lot of stores vs other centers but it's not too bad. The currently situation in a way halted some of the progress but for sure it can recover.
