You're doing things right Tim. I'm 42 from the UK. Today, I handed over £485 for this months rent in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. It hurt a lot. It keeps going up and up. Escalating prices seems to be the new normal . Seeing videos like these show me dreams do happen. Hopefully by 52, I'll be in a position to take up residence somewhere like the Philippines, Portugal, Ecuador or Sri Lanka . Everyone should have a dream. We aren't meant to struggle to pay rent and work to live. Otherwise what would be the point in being alive.

I will be retiring soon and I just saw the future layout of my retirement home. It's gonna be the same as your shack! Great video! Thanks for sharing! I am living in an 8000$ house here in Northern Luzon. Such a beautiful place! Right on this beautiful Cove. 10 hour bus drive from Manila. About 6 hours by car. Sold my property in USA too. My biggest financial mistake was owning a ton of shares in Tesla Motors. When it IPOed, then sold all my shares back in 2015. I missed out on 10 million! Anyways, this is not financial advice. But something keeps telling me that Tesla stock is going to quadruple in the next few years. I would definitely pray about it. Jesus Christ is alive! The only hope for any of us. The Holy Spirit and the Bible can give you wisdom beyond you greatest imagination. It is the reason for every good thing. I don't need anything except a tent to live in! Wow. That water's so clear at the beach. Your land looks great but I would invest in a 3-5" foam roll up mat to sleep on Tim that's easy to throw in the car if needed. Your going to feel it sleeping on the wooden boards. Stay safe & keep your chin up.

That is a hard life lesson to not become too attached to material things. True happiness comes from within. You seem to have found yourself and will be ok no matter what happens. I did laugh when you said if things go south lol. I thought of that saying Happy Wife Happy Life. It really works both ways though. Treat each other good with lots of respect and you will be together to enjoy a future with grandchildren. The Love Shack is a good start on the property. Living the dream by the beach for sure!
