Been to many places in PI. Most places are filthy. Weather is hot day and night. You have to watch what you eat. You can’t drink the water or use the ice for drinks. Traffic is insane. So bad they stager days to drive. Good luck with healthcare. Visit but not live. Nicest people you’ll ever meet though.

My late wife was a pinay. My new wife will be pinay. Western women are to complicated and spoiled. Pinays have beautiful hearts.

I like how you use your car and the barges to visit other islands. Most just stay on one island all the time....boring. Nice looking place.

Hey Tim……. I’ve been subscribing to your channel for many years. I’m heading to the Philippines at the beginning of next year. I’ll be starting a channel before then too. I would like to know if you’d be interested in meeting up at some point? Maybe we could do a calibration video? I’ve had a pretty good idea. If you could let me know the best way to contact that would be great. Ben

My 3 dangers in the Philippines would be 1. Women, 2. Running out of money or bad money management, 3. Your health or lack of. As a side note....if your older ( or not ) and in bad or questionable health DO NOT come to the Philippines to retire....you'll probably end up dying sooner rather than later. Been visiting ( and living ) in the Philippines since 2015, beautiful country but you have to be careful, especially if your new here. And DON'T get in any business deals, period ! Your a foreigner, the rules are different for you, and not in a good way. JMHO

Ive stayed there at Go. The smoking area is on the roof. It is not very good for the cost. Internet barely works. There is a better place down the road called hotel oazis. It is the only place i will stay from now on. The sm mall is about the same as Gaisano mall. Robinson's is the best IMO.

$650 a month can go a long way if you are willing to live like a FIlipino. $650 would be roughly around P32,000 - P35,000. Just for comparison, what we call a "good paying job" would be P15,000 - P20,000 per month. Basically, that same $650 would be equivalent to a higher management position in a well-established company.
