Your home is an oasis--beautiful, thriving! I wish every home on your block could be so enriched, and every home, all over the earth. For healing the soil, and good food that heals diseases of body and soul--a vibrant space that even just looking at is a feast for the eyes. Your videos are so refreshing, like a stroll through your garden.

I love your channel. Maybe its just me but I did not see anything in the comments. This is probably my mistake. In the beginning you said there were 3 recipes and I wrote down 2 of them the leafy green foliar spray and the fruiting flowering one. Only asking because your garden is the best I have ever seen and I dont want to miss any little thing that you do. Thank you so much for putting your knowledge out there this must have taken you years to master and your teaching it to us. I greatly appreciate it and spreading the word about your channel to my seed swapping groups.

another thing i like about your videos, is that you wait until the end; to ask for a thumbs up, i always look at the other content a channel has before subscribing. it pisses me off when 10 seconds in you're asked to give a thumbs up, and subscribe; even though the content might not warrant either one, you're a class act, brother.
@gardenlikeaviking Жыл бұрын
lol I completely agree!!... its such a joke to ask for something from the viewer before they even know if they've gained anything from the video or if they like your personality!... I only want the "organic" subscribers that sub just because they are liking the info and vibe not because I have to beg them to subscribe lol

Great video, all of the plants are superb! I think you commented on your last live stream that you are not 100% able to feed yourself with all of the food you have growing. I was really unaware of how much it takes to really be 100% sustainable and off grid for your food until I started growing more. It really is crazy just how much it takes! My wife and I sometimes watch this TV show called Homestead Rescue. We have learned quite a few things from the show but the part that cracks us up are the gardens they build for the homesteaders. Usually they are very small plots, maybe 10x10 or 10x20 at most. And this is supposed to feed a family of 4 - NOT. We are definitely working toward growing everything we eat - we have the space to accomplish this. We planted many fruit bearing trees years ago and continue to add and are expanding around those, sort of permaculture style. It will take a while, years, to get to where we want to be but we're really enjoying the journey. Your channel and content have been EXTREMELY helpful!
@gardenlikeaviking2 жыл бұрын
that's definitely the #1 delusion I come across in most people when they think of growing their own food... until a person actually DOES it they will never understand how much it actually takes... plus even many "homesteaders" I knew in the mountains were growing loads of "rabbit food"... 5 different lettuce and spinach and kale without any real focus on the calorie crops!!!.. I look forward to getting land once again... best of luck my friend!!!
