It's not about playing the same comp, it's about playing the same boringly safe comp. You can't deny that going for a board with T5 and T6 cards, 3 of which being support cards, is a lot more difficult than playing a comp that you literally just roll on tavern 3 forever

@@voidgods That is understandable. I am just complaining about how Kripps videos are getting repetitive since he usually has the same scaling engine for every single one he uploads to youtube. At least not every single upload is warpwing anymore, but alot still are.

does this really count as a menagerie build? it's like mostly murlocs with one cleave

i mean it's definitely not a murloc build, it's not spawning any bream counters, it's not spamming venomous, and he was scaling the ghastcoiler for multiple turns. menagerie builds are gonna have a lean towards a minion type bc there's no lightfang, you can't actually scale 4+ minion types with real results unless you have like super premium minions (Foe Reaper, Wildfire Elemental, Cleave pirate i cant remember the name of, etc)

I think kripp over estimates bramblewitch with reborn, it's not like a matador with reborn... It has to die to reborn and hit again, but whatever it hits, isn't gonna kill it, because whatever it hits is gonna be a 3/3, and he acts so surprised when the "mastermind" play doesn't work

it will at least make the minion small though, doesn't have to kill it, the issue was that it made the tavern spell guy a 3/3, and bc the effect of that card is an aura, it keeps the buffs that it has from playing spells, so the witch's second attack did literally nothing. Normally, making a minion that's 100/100+ into a 3/3 is effectively the same as killing it

@@yungbisharp right, that was just unlucky hitting that minion of all minions, same goes for bramble hitting a beast with goldrinns aura active, regardless, I still think a reborn bramble isn't the "omg" minion kripp was thinking it is

@@kkme7 meh not sure about that. The other player had some small cards so there was a chance for matador to fumble. Even if it didn't, it was unlikely kripp would kill him that round, so going into the next round with no further scaling, he would need to hope for some scam cards or he would die afterwards. He did unironically get pretty unlucky with the final hits so just bad luck
