I can actually imagine the visual for the archetype’s grave fusion effect: a ‘Whirlpool Fusion’. The Tearalament monster splashes into the grave, which causes a whirlpool to form. It then pulls the fusion materials back into the deck, and the fusion monster either rises from or splashes out of the whirlpool.

Honestly i think of them as (sirens) not the sound but the creature thats only goal is to bring out greater chaos to the deep ocean design and effect wise i think it’s accurate especially if you notice that half the monsters main goal is to dump the materials needed from the safety of the deck into the grave

Since Nova forgor, or at least didnt mention. Mare of the Shore is a card that looks like it was made for this Deck. Being able to send any Aqua monster from your Deck to the GY triggers Tearlaments and lets you fuse, either using itself and going into Kitkalos or any other Fusion with stuff from the GY

I like Tearalament. They are cute, handsome, have swords, are fusion use a unique method of fusion summoning. Also unlike other archetypes they dont have a massive amount of restrictions. I would love to make a deck with tearlament.

The sad case about this deck is, someone is gonna spend their time, making a good deck out of this, only for everyone else to freeload off their strategy. Or worse case scenario use just a 3 card combo out of the whole deck, causing it to get hit on the band list.

ah ok, so the lore trend is the visas counterparts show up on a planet and take over the place. Reich became the boss of the beasts and Reino steals all the weapons (hence tearalaments crime)

Something i haven’t seen a ton of people talking about here is King of the Swamp. He’s an old school aqua type monster that can discard himself to search Polymerization, but can also act as a substitute for any named fusion material. This means you can run fusions like Invoked Caliga with all the tearalaments or Mechaba with any light hand trap or Visas Starfrost. Additionally, it makes Guardian Chimera live with its protection since you’ll have poly in grave. It can also substitute for Reino Heart for the big fusion, and even serve as material for the small one since its an aqua. On top of that, being sent to the grave as fusion material triggers the tearalamants effects since they were sent to the graveyard by a card effect. This lets you use king to discard and search poly, fuse two monsters in hand, then trigger a tearalamant you fused with using king as a substitute for the big fusion. And at the very least, it baits an Ash so your mill effects can actually resolve. Lots of stuff you can do with him

Tearlaments can work well with D/D's specifically with Necro Slime and Vice Typhon for easy Fusion Summoning

Sadly all the D/D/D fusions require only D/D monsters as material, and Tearalaments’ grave fusion effects require themselves to be used as material, so those monsters are off limits.

im just imagining all the predaplant extra deck cards you'll put in this. verte into all sorts of other things. another thought is what about adding in a small sky striker engine since you'll probably end up milling a bunch of spell cards. second thought ive had was merging them with dragonmaids. aside from a lot of dragonmaids not minding or having graveyard effects its there isnt much synergy from what I can tell... it just seemed fun for me

King of the Swamp is a great tech card here, it helps you to fusion into the Predaplant Fusions and Millennium Eyes Restrict, even Winda if you lack a Shaddoll in grave, also it searches Poly so you can as well fuse into Guardian Chimera for draws and destruction

This deck is looking so cool!! And great video as always Nova but OH MY LORD. I love storyline decks, but my wallet CANNOT HANDLE ANYMORE OF THEM. Building every World Legacy deck was an undertaking in itself. I'm trying to build every Dogmatika storyline deck (yet to have Therions) and now the Visas Starfrost is getting a storyline???? AHHH! Also take a look at Fiend Comedian, It's a coinflip but either option tends to win you the game. Call it right- Banish your entire opponent's graveyard Call it Wrong- Mill yourself equal to their graveyard. Really strong against a lot of the top decks right now.

If POTE set says anything with Scareclaw getting 2 new cards (Scareclaw licht heart and Scareclaw Straddle) One should assume since scareclaw big bossman WAS Tri-Heart (a link monster) That in the next set we should be getting 1 final Tearalaments fusion monster and a spell or trap (that both interact with visas somehow). Ultimately leading to a visas mashup that summons his alternates to gain power to defeat the BBEG. At least one can hope.

@@maunabesanika that's how it always works. You cannot summon extra deck or Ritual Monsters from grave unless they've been properly summoned first. Some Ritual Monsters can be Ritual summoned from grave though by their Ritual Spell or other effects

i have a huge huige question ? Why is not there a archetype that mills your opponents deck and or banishes your opponents card like a deck build around Nercoface or D.D but we have a ton of self mill decks i nthe game like ligtsworns and such and now this ??? what is wrong if the MTG mill mechanic for yugioh i know aot of monster like being the the graveyardand using htegraveyard as a form of resource but design a archtype that like Nercovally that mill and baniash all at the some time but keeps them there under certain conditioons
