In this epic challenge run, I play through Fallout 4 with a mod that randomizes my weapon with each kill. To make it even wackier, I've installed a boat load of gun mods and added them to the randomizer. Some are really good, while others are absolutely terrible, so my fate is bound by luck. To make it even more difficult, NPCs can use these modded guns too, and random encounters have been increased. Now I just have to see if I can beat the game this way.
You may be familiar with ItsJabo's video using the weapon randomizer too, and I do have to give him credit for the inspiration. With this one, I added my own twist by adding in a ton of gun mods. Of course, the credit for the randomizer mod itself goes to the mod author known as RedxYeti.

@Drakona-gl5hz outside of trying to go into Boston, not much, thankfully. It has happened a few times when I am in crowded areas, or gods forbid I craft a specific item from a mod that is totally bugged and insta crashes my game. But other than that, it's OK so far. I tried to be aware of not installing anything insane like environment changes or graphics mods. Just a bunch of guns, items, general changes for the ui/ pippad etc. I wish there was more mod storage space though. There are some gun mods I want that are just too expensive to put in the game (I want the SKS mod so bad D: )

On my last playthrough i have AER15 replacing every laser and plasma gun and oh my god on long run that is really annoying gun to play against. And oh boy that gun was everywhere.

Syringer is actually an amazing weapon - for indirect combat. The whole point of it is to cause enemies to frenzy and kill each other, then you can move in and sweep up the survivors. Shoot the most powerful enemy - like a bandit leader in power armor - from a distance, and watch them obliterate their allies.

It's the synths. If your guns are doing a ton more damage in the hands of a particular NPC, they have perks to boost it.

I feel like one of the causes of game crashes, was when multiple enemies are killed at the same exact time. Or at least it seemed like some of the crashes occurred right after multiple kill explosions/blasts. Like maybe it tries to give you multiple random weapons at the same time, and the mod isn't programmed to know what to do in this situation? If you do this run again, might be worth testing to get confirmation. Very entertaining run!

Would've been fun if, even after killing important characters, you could find some sort of notes that had the quest line in them, thus if you took the note from the dead body, you still could do the quest line

The number of pellets is normal for a real shotty. 12-gage birdshot can have 600+ pellets depending on pellet size. But even 20 gauge #2 buckshot is coming in at 18 pellets...and 20 gauge is not really considered a "battle" round. You can get #4 buck in 12 gauge and it can push nearly 30 pellets depending on length.

Awesome video! One question, though, what armor mod(s) are you using for the BOS? Paladin Danse had an interesting camo pattern to his armor, while Rhys and Halen had some cool looking armor. A weapon mod list would also be really appreciated. I recognize many of them, but some others I don't.
