@FlaviusValeriusConstantinus I'm not really sure, I had a decent size load order with alot of ESLs thanks to Vortex and it was running ok. Had a few micro stutters here and there but I figured it was due to my Laptop but after buffout I CTD almost every 20-25 minutes. Maybe it conflicted with another mod I had that affected the engine or maybe my installation was wrong?

the medical team thought he had a chance of going into remission when the radiation wore out of his system, nobody else had received that level of radiation before and they were pulling literally every stop to try for him, all the way to skin grafts and marrow transplants from his family, he wanted to live just as much as the medical team wanted him to if we go by what his alleged last wish was before he had a breathing tube in his throat there were even signs of his body attempting to recover before he passed, some of his skin was growing back and his intestines were starting to recover a small amount (when your STEM CELLS are damaged and no skin was growing back due to your chromosomes being so messed up that the cells couldn't even go through mitosis, that's a pretty promising sign) there's also the issue that his blood just wasn't able to move much of the pain medicine due to how screwed his bloodflow was towards the end, if i remember right they were doing their best to make sure there was some comfort for him once they realized 'this really isn't working, and we've exhausted all we can', they just told the family flat out and they agreed to let him pass away, it wasn't a 'selfish family and evil doctors' story like so many people try to push

Another sad story wiht radiation is the radium dial girls. So many innocent people died for a companies profit pretty much :(

I really like the glowing sea tbh, it's got good lore potential, and it achieves quite a bit, but it could be better ofc, but I like it either way, the abandoned shack gave me my X-01 power armour too so that's nice.

Just wish the radiation count was higher and there was more stuff(I mod that in) really make it feel dangerous, a tunnel like system could’ve been a neat concept, as very little stuff on the surface survived but a lot could underground(which south of the sea atom’s storm has)

its weird cos i suggested to a youtuber to do a hellish glowing sea playthru.. my suggestion was to use mods to make it far worse and then start level 1 in the cave with the supermutant and try to escape the glowing sea with only what you can find in the cave.. or if u wanted it even tougher you could use mods to make the entire commonwealth like the glowing sea... both in radiation and monsters..

Props to this dude. He can casually run 700+ mods while I’m here struggling to figure out how to manage my manually installed files/mods with my mods in my mod manager along with creation club stuff in addition to not knowing how to properly clean out my game for a new modded play through. Heck, I was able to get to just under 300 mods before my game began crashing any time I tried to download another mod or creation club stuff. Anyways, enough of me feeling sorry for myself, this man makes hilarious videos and even helped me to install buffout 4 and Bakascrapheap with his tutorial video. Good job 👍.

if you arent already, use mod organizer 2. it injects the mods into the game without touching the root game folder so when the mods are disabled, the game folder is right back to being like a fresh game install. Also use separate profiles in MO2 for each playthrough so you dont accidentally destroy your save files loading the wrong save with different mod setups

So glad you got the mod that brings skills into the game. Bethesda should be slapped beyond belief for removing them in Fallout 4. Some people defended it by saying oh Skills go in the way, made you too weak early game, yada yada. Ignoring the fact that most perks just do what skills would have done if they were in the game like Rifle men including damage with Rifles, Gunslinger Pistols, Commando Automatics, and on top of say Lockpicking/hacking all had perks with ranks which did nothing but replace skills and do what skills did but now you get one perk per level so need like 150+ Levels to get what a level 50 character would have gotten you in Fallout NV. Basically it sucks very badly.

There's also that secret cargo hold in flight 1665, it requires master lockpicking but on lvl32+ it drops 2 Gauss guns and I think at any level it will still drop the laser rifles

A fantastic mod showcase Should add war of the commonwealth WOTC to your load order Turns the commonwealth into a hellscape Can be configured for different sizes of groups, amount of spawns in area etc Maxes out at 1000 groups But likely you will crash before then Due to Said groups having dynamic sizes if you wish Crank it all to Max and just survive for a while and see how long till it crashes I have all settings cranked to Max with dynamic sizes and rarely see crashes from to many spawns loaded in at once Except for far Harbor just leave far harbors spawns alone Crank them up and you are likely to see crashes everywhere It's already a war zone without any settings changed Been a staple in my list for ages I turn off vertibirds tho Kinda steal all my combat and drags enemy spawns everywhere
