I can't help but think that, in a shocking twist, all those crystals the player has been smashing actually have nothing to do with the Golem's life. Having done my first completion of Crystal Hunt, I can indeed say that Hector is a worthy boss fight. Makes you be aware of your environment, makes you need to think quick about how to get to those weakpoint-protecting glowstones, recognize what weapons would be suitable for dealing with his weakpoints, and of course the (personally disorienting and nausea-inducing) flailing about during the colossus climb in order to reach the upper points. And of course the experimentation, I wasn't even aware you could stun him with the shield throw and interrupt that charging beam. So, we've seen a skilled warrior tackle a fully powered golem, but now I wonder how a full-mage would fare, or perhaps other thematic combatants when mods get updated. Jedi/Sith would be neat, as would a Mandelorean. A Hunter from Bloodborne would also be fun, or someone from Final Fantasy, or Assassin's Creed, hell we could see what a ninja from the Narutoverse could do. This update's pretty good in Vanilla, can only get even better when those mods get updated and online for more thematic dungeon runs~

The way his head movements were JUST erratic enough to show urgency and weight to his movements but steady enough for us to watch this and understand what is going on PLUS the way his weapon collisions and how he catches himself in so many instances are so on point, no weird twisting of the vr arm from the irl arm from swinging past the collision in vr or any weird visual vr imperfections aside from that one moment of "xray" on top of the golem. Fantastic work. You should be deeply proud of this. Doing a slow motion assisted capture is still a mix of acting and stunt work. Incredible.

its really cool that the actual music that plays in game was enough to set the atmosphere for this video, it just works so well.

Editing is peak but not too much and this is the best and most intense fight I’ve seen in blade and sorcery if I didn’t know what blade and sorcery was, I think this is just I don’t even know a movie but that’s about to be released like a movie trailer or something this is just the best content I’ve seen of mainly raw footage too. You are underrated.

So first I found out after my first couple runs to the Ruins to fight Hector, that he's actually fully climbable. NOW I find out that you can actually just run between his legs to avoid his smashes and flailing attacks? AND that knowledge is delivered to me in probably the single most badass piece of VR media I've ever seen? Bro, I'm gonna spend the rest of my life trying to recreate this for myself in my own game, just so I can experience it personally, in the moment. That will be my life's greatest accomplishment.

Alright, I play Blade and Sorcery myself. I know how clunky game can get and i know how amazing stuff like that feels But to do whole bloody sequence like this, with almost choreographed moves is almost theatrical. What do you see here people, is man mastering a machine to the point of art performance.
