Sir, when we look at my side profile I have a flat profile, but it’s so minimal that it doesn’t require any surgery, like you wouldn’t do it even if I asked for a surgery. But I also think that I’m too old for palate expanders and such, I’m 19. What can be done for forward growth, bringing my cheekbones, mid and lower face a little forward?

Genioplasty went wrong ,,I have underdeveloped jaws ,the doctor didn't inform me about that and did a genioplasty . He says genioplasty is a better surgical option ,buts that not true .he went for maximum vertical and horizontal advancement to match up my face proportional, the problem is now my mouth is in upward position and my chin is too downward,very rugged ,very broad ,too much prominent ,too much strong and my face is stretched due to maximum advancement,it's look bigger and longer than usual , it's almost 4 months after surgery ,the doctor told me to wait for 6 months the for the residual swelling to go,what can I do in this situation,in revision genioplasty what can I except?

Hello, a taller ramus can be achieved with a customized implant. The anterior part of the face can be lengthened and advancer by repositioning maxilla and mandible down and forward.
