Yes, you can play it on Aethersx2 which is the PS2 emulator for Android.

This is being played on PC using PS2 emulator. But you can also play this on the PS2 console itself.

Yeah it is crazy. I don't have a video but I can explain it here. First you need to download PCSX2(PS2 emulator) and then you have to download the game file from the link provided in the description and then simply play it on the emulator.
