3:12 Except that the US and other nuclear powers has let the other nuclear powers, specifically the USSR, where our nuclear stock piles are. Why? Because you can partly control where the major damage would happen by telling your opponent to destroy a place in the middle of nowhere as opposed to nuking a major city that usually have a large amount of control. Also, if you let the other side know how many nukes you are willing to show them, then then they can only estimate how many you have in total, which could deter a first strike. Anyway this means that there are like 5 sacrificial states that don't have enough people in them to be considered important enough to survive. Also this means that they are relatively difficult to get to because of the small population and because they are near the middle of the country.

Okinawa (which was the size of Richmond Virginia) and Nagasaki (which is the size of Rock Hill, South Carolina) were not large cities but they were heavily industrial

Nah, youtube isn't banned in Russia. Roskomnadzor (the russian communications, IT, and mass media regulatory body) tries silently slow down traffic to youtube, while blaming Google's lack of maintaining the infrastructure for it. It kinda works but not really. Most people still use youtube because bypassing traffic slowdown turned out to be very easy.
