I think going center to begin was a good move. It kicked the bases OUT to the side. That was the key. Good game!

Absolutely! By you going center, you moved the inside base quarters, which is exactly why the both towers fell inwards towards the center.Great job Jeremy! Having gone to left only, definitely would have had the left tower falling into the other playing field on the left, losing the gift card!

Just a little story to share: a very young man whom was having a moment after going thru AirPort Security due to Autism, happen to sit near me. He heard the sounds from this video & stopped! I turned the device I was watching this video so he could see & within a few moments was totally into your video!!! His mom pulled their phone out & found your videos on utube. Just now seeing this video. People don’t realize that even though you may not be getting the best movement or the most money from going in the center if you don’t evenly spread out coins you end up with coins all going in one direction. Yes, you can end up pushing coins or items out especially if they are closer to the edge but ultimately if you can evenly spread out and get the same density of coins throughout the entire play field you’ll do better. That’s especially true when you have coin tower situations. Kind of an example, although a silly one, would be if you had a very flimsy wall standing up and you have individual people lined up in a row against the wall pushing to try to knock it down. You start adding people but just on one side. Yes eventually you add enough people on one side of the wall and it gets knocked over but just in one small area/side of wall. Now if you start over and you add the same number of people on every spot of that wall so everybody ends up being evenly distributed along the entire length of the wall the entire wall eventually gets pushed down. The entire length of the wall is pushed down and all at the same time. It’s not just one section that was pushed over. This does require more people to be added to cover the whole wall that way then when you just added to the one side that just knocked over that very small section. In a coin pusher machine that requires more quarters which of course means more money has to be spent.

Playing center helped adjust the towers so when they fell they fell into the playing field. They put the towers in a position so if you play sides they fall into other playing fields. Just an observation...

Going center in the beginning was key to the towers falling inward instead of outward. It also moved both towers intact to the edge when he was making quarters rain (drops in 3 & 4 at a time), making solid pushes versus single quarter injections. Also note that depending on what game you choose (always check this), the plastic "rake" is up higher on the left and George spends twice as much when it is letting quarters double stack instead of forcing quarters to lay out single. I know she loves left but when the rake is high stay away from hard left unless you have enough quarters/ammo you don't care. Just an engineer observing... not an expert :-)

In that particular playing field I think that going center was a wise choice,, there were enough quarters piled up in the middle to allow you to keep going, The left side was a little barren when you started,,, :-)

So, they won $500 in quarters, a $500 gift card, and then the gold bar, at one ounce, is worth $1,777 as of today's gold prices. That means they won $2,777 if I'm not mistaken. Off of $25. That's an amazing haul if you if ask me. Especially since most coin pushers have a very high house return compared to some other casino games, but these ones seemed unusually well-stocked to me. As a pansy gambler myself though, I would have left with the $123 they first won and considered myself a big winner lol, but sticking it out sure worked for them. The gold bar hidden in the tower was a HUGE win, I'm kinda surprised they seemed more excited by the gift card than by the gold. Maybe they didn't know how much it was worth yet. Gold prices are super high now- like a decade ago an ounce was only like $800 I think it was. I noticed the gift card was strategically placed on the back of the tower. It's lucky it didn't slip into thier neighbor's playing field for them to win lol! Also, bless the patient employee who builds all those towers every day lol.

I actually think by Jeremy going for the middle first moved the base of both towers just enough in the middle that when George took over and started hitting the outside edges they were tilting twords the center thought that it was inevitable they were going to fall twords the center.
