OK, first off. ATL's top cop is a joke. I'm not sorry for saying that. The policies she is trying to enact and put in place throughout that police department is laughable. The no hands on approach to dealing with criminals is not working. And that's besides the fact that the department is under staffed by huge number and have failing equipment (the out of date crown Victoria's) . Not allocating the proper funds to the department. Not properly identifying misdemeanor and felony offenses back logs the courts which then back logs the jails . And the only other thing that is second to the police department having problems is the Fulton county jail. Which that right there would be five paragraphs and I don't have time to type all of that. Half of the supposed gangs in Atlanta are just groups of kids that don't have PlayStation or Xbox at home preoccupy their. MS13 is a gang. Bloods and crips are a gang.
