Thank you Larry for inviting Lawrence on to your show; he probably speaks for far more people here in the UK (including me) than he realises. His ability to articulate the inner and outer battles we're all experiencing is second to none. It's a life or death spiritual battle. And it's my observation that a great many good but naïve people are still hopelessly captured by our satanic mainstream media - the BBC in particular. One practical bit of advice I would offer anyone in Lawrence's high pressure position is regularly to get out of the city and into the natural world: it's there (where you are set free from other people and surrounded with God's creative handiwork) that clarity and peace can break through. Jesus sought out such places, so it's sound advice!

I also related very well to his comments that he "can't get inspiration to play music at the moment." I'm an amateur singer. I noticed a while back that I rarely sing at all anymore, even around the house. That's unheard of, for me! I've been singing since childhood. But 7 years of dealing with my mother's dementia hell will do that to you. And my voice teacher/classes were taken from me during Covid. He had to close his private studio and go elsewhere. It gutted me. I've sung a little bit more lately. Just bits here & there. But, yeah, I know something of what he must feel. Singing comes from the soul. When that is stressed, hurting, or broken, you can't do it. You just choke on it.

I enjoyed this friendly interview tremendously. Much to unpack. The picture that emerged for me, in thinking about Fox’s question - how will these two faiths get along , Christianity and Radical Islamic faith, is years of suffering ( bearing our Cross ) as we recall the questions Jesus put to the ruling religious Pharisees , whenever someone did something genuinely good , and were reprimanded for it because it contravened The Law, Jesus’ ability to get to the core of their Flawed self righteous “ religion “, if your cow falls into a ditch on the Sabbath will you not go to help it? The created or circumstantial Loneliness Larry spoke of, reminds me, of that profound suffering in taking that Path Jesus cleared for each of us who choose it. It may be that a trickle of despairing Islamics will seek a christian out, but only by night, out of fear. The Left behave ideologically like the Pharisees did. They insist they are doing Good. But actually question and vilify anyone who genuinely is doing something good. ❤
