To soak the rice
Long grain rice (Kabsa rice) 3 cups
Cover it with hot water
Salt (1 tablespoon)
To prepare meat
Vegetable oil (half a cup)

Mixed Seasoning (1 tablespoon)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Ginger (1 teaspoon)
Turmeric (1 teaspoon)

We take the oil above the broth
Take the rice out of the water
Salt (half a tablespoon)
Add the meat broth (4 and a half cups)
Pass the butter over the rice (1 tablespoon)
