INGREDIENTS:
Season with black pepper
2 eggs
Add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour and mix well (I used Jovial organic all-purpose flour)
1/2 head of small cabbage
1 carrot
green onion
3-4 thin slices of ham (optional)
Dill or coriander (optional)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs
Season with salt and black pepper
Gruyère cheese

You need something to bind everything together ! This looks like a mess My idea - one cup of grind oatmeal + 2 eggs +"your veggies " sprinkle with mozzarella ( no more eggs ) ! Fry it And , Voila ! you have presentable healthy breakfast pancakes
