Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious and simple recipe based on potatoes. Potato flan with eggs and vegetables is a very nutritious, delicious and very simple dish to make. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and you will please the whole family! All it takes is a few simple ingredients that everyone has at home and minimal effort! Ingredients:
- 900 g (2 lb) of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- Chives
- 4 slices of turkey breast or cooked ham
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml (1 cup) of kefir or yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Cheese to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Oil
