💛100 grams of water, 100 grams of milk.
💜a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
💚80g butter.
💙light until the oil melts.
130 grams of flour.
🧡 Mix so that there are no lumps.
💛 set fire.
💜 Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
💚 Pour into a bowl and chill.
💛3 eggs.
🧡mix.
💛When the dough cools, add little by little.
💙should get a pulling dough from the spatula.
💚Distribute evenly over the form.
💛do this with a spatula.
🧡 Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
💜cool down.
💚2 eggs.
💛150gr sugar.
🧡30 g of corn starch.
💙mix. 💚400 g milk, vanilla.
💜cook until thickened.
💛50 grams of butter.
🧡Stir until the butter melts.
💚Distribute evenly on the cake.
💛roll up carefully.
💙 Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
💚 Decorate with powdered sugar.

it is simply choux pastry filled with custard. she does make the custard from scratch, but you could as easily use custard powder if you wanted it to be quicker. Not a lot to it really

Those induction stove tops are delicate to scratches. We use silicon covers over them to protect them 😊 Amazon has some awesome choices for that.

It is easier to roll if you roll it 10 min or so after taking out of oven. It will then be easier to roll again when the filling is added. An alternative filling would be using a pudding powder (Ilike lemon) and adding a bit of butter for the thickness. Also making a cream cheese with vanilla and a bit of milk is also an alternative.

Translation hint: a baking form is a Backform or Form in German, not a Formular. The baking sheet shown in this video would be a Backblech or a Blech. A cake roll is not a Brötchen in German, but a Rolle. This cake does look delicious, but the bendy spatula you are using... It is beyond me how you can stir the dough with it without going crazy. 😁
