This video literally brought a tear to my eye. Not because it looks so delicious but because I used to play these videos for my bedridden mother who loved to cook. Her eyes would light up when I would play these and even though towards the end of her life she was non-verbal she would make little noises that we all make when we see something that looks delicious. In the Philippines we have something similar called "Torta". You can do it with egg plant, corned beef, canned sardines or tuna and a whole lot more. Easily one of the most common packed lunch of kids for school.
