INGREDIENTS:
- warm milk 200 gr
-salt 0.5 tsp
- sugar 2 tbsp. l
- eggs 2 pcs
- flour 500-550 gr
- oil for frying
Important: The dough should not be tight, knead soft dough, adjust the amount of flour. Fry in a well-heated oil so that the cakes do not absorb fat. Fry the cakes for 10-15 seconds on each side with forks, spin the circle in oil so that the shpeks are quickly fried and do not lose moisture. We immediately cover the finished shillpeks with a towel or a plastic bag so that they do not dry out.
