Not sure what is more impressive, the fact that you actually finished this monster of a drill, or that you managed to keep trying for days without hurting yourself lol. Way to go!

Very good drill for practicing keeping your cool. I've always thought I'm a calm person, turned out not so much 😁

You're right! This was more impressive than the 5 bank shot video. Amazing skills man. Thanks for adding the maker where you hit the cue ball for each shot.

I like the cue ball graphic a lot. Sometimes I wonder, if I need to shorten a bank that might double kiss, using high speed + inside english, does it even help to add the inside english or is it just the force that shortens the bank? But seeing you use the inside tells me it probably helps.
@genipool
@genipool Жыл бұрын
Correct. To make the bank go shorter you can add more power, use inside spin, also top spin. Because it will transfer the opposite spin on the object ball. With same principle you can widen a bank with outside or backspin or shoot with less speed. On some shots I used spins not only for making the ball, but also to get position to the easier bank next. Specifically I wanted to get rid of middle banks first hence had to play position on them

@@genipool do you think that, if the speed is hard enough, the spin doesn't matter? We know spin has more effect at slow speeds, So is there a speed that's so high that the spin can't really change anything?
@genipool
@genipool Жыл бұрын
@creedolala6918 Yes, with high speed spin transfer almost disappears. Not quite sure about exact percentage. I apply spin and speed by feel. Even while trying this drill I decelerated many times and missed the bank long

Es mucha destreza para saber que tanto de efecto ay que darle con su propio tiro y a la bola que tiene que meter en la buchaca .

I think it would be great to end the video with some stats. Total number of attempts, average number of banks per rack. But do it in the video, not here in the description. I think as this video gets forwarded and reposted on other platforms, the recognition of all your hard work and dedication is lost because it's not embedded within the video. Great work! Also, showing how maybe removing a few key balls to create a beginner, immediate, and amateur/pro version of this drill. You rocked it out, but i think we all watch and want to try to participate and not be completely demoralized! Lol. Your average pool player in APA might only make 2 in a row, top local player might get around 4 in a row a few times. Help the general population participate 😊

00:52 only 3 rails to the side? You know why? Because you play that low mass up front popsicle stick crap is why. Geometry says its impossible it only goes to one pocket if there is no kiss coming back when the relationship crosses paths. Second, its harder to defy geometry with that stupid gimmick stick you play with. If that crap was any good, they would have utilized it over 100 years ago if not 200. That shot banks one rail, either stiff or on the cross. You a 9ball player, you don't play much one pocket I can tell. You a good technical player though physically. Mentally...ehh not so much.

@@genipool ok, ill set up what is the apparent angular relationship and distance the best I can judge by the video evidence and show you your wrong.... We all have to put up with the keyboard experts says who? What am I learning from someone who says "it only goes 3 rails in the side when I know for a fact that is impossible. I assume the object ball distance from the side rail is one ball width, yes? Thats all the pertinent information I need to figure out accurately the rest. Don't want to prove you wrong inaccurately, ok?

You didn't want to cross that 9 one rail into the adjacent bottom rail corner pocket because you compromised what is having to come with a shot, and instead compromised what you thought is the only way to finish the drill and in the process, DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID? YOU COMPROMISED YOURSELF OF WHAT A TRUE PLAYER IS AND WORTH WATCHING OR EXECUTING EVEN IF YOU MISS. The right shot, for the right place and time and the right player. Since when does God ever have love for a coward. Stupid drill gains you nothing when you threw away a golden moment for satisfaction rather than success. VALUE rather than cost. Boom, fire the cross rail and jam that sphere in the pocket like a man. Whats the matter with you? Angry and jumping up and down? WHATS THE MATTER WITH YOU? I PUT A SHOVEL IN YOUR HANDS ON A HOT DAY OF DIGGING FOR 12 HOURS AND YOU'LL DIE FOR SURE GIRLY MAN. Playing dramatics for KZbin crumbs and simpletons. When are you going to give something to pool and find the value in that for yourself? What am I learning from you? Show me where the BLOCK button is. Evgeny Stalev, he will show you something....TEACH YOU A LESSON THE OLD COUNTRY WAY😤😡🧐 💥 BOOM💫...game over. AND REMEMBER: Kolyma KOLYMA! - the land of gold and death....

I don’t know what the people who come to someone’s KZbin channel and insult him/her get out of it. You’re right, though, about being able to cross corner it, but you could’ve used more tact in explaining how it goes cross corner, and it could’ve been explained without insulting the guy.
