Sadly the restaurant trade is one of the worst for people taking the absolute p*ss and pretending to be qualified or experienced when they clearly aren't. Sadly also, the reason they get away with it a lot is because a lot of restaurant owners have no experience in the business either. They all deserved the roasting they got from Gordon. If it was me seeing what he saw it would've been worse.
