Ok from what i have read there are certain metabolites that are released in that first liver pass that have a lot of the anabolic effects were seeking. That's why certain drugs act completely different from injection to oral. Like Dbol and eq. Some become more androgenic from the first pass some less. So I wonder how sublingualy might effect this.

Sublingual is nice but I have a intranasal crush that shit up up the nose might as well put it in a little saline going to make a nice nose spray so it doesn’t hurt 😂 I’m being funny, but if we’re talking about bioavailability, it really depends on the pill and the fillers as well. What main drug needs to be metabolized
