It think when it comes to size the limit has to be predetermined to keep BB from going overboard. For example a BB that's 5'8 and weighs 230 is going to look bloated even if his body fat is below 10%. There's just so much mass you can put on a frame at any height before it loses all its aesthetics. All pro BB are like that. They are crayon drawings that can't do anything other than pose then lumber from point A to point B. In any environment other than on stage in poser, they just look fat.

Thing is, you can say that about a lot of pro sports. I mean look at fighter/boxers and what happen to Mohamed Ali. I don't even need to mention football, and all the crippling injuries that come out of that sports. Some sports have internal issues, while others have external issues, but they all suffer. Hopefully you get out before your body's irreparably destroyed, but not always.
