I have seen Latvian bronze medal winning goal on repeat now many, many times and still I get goosebumps and tears of joy in my eyes! The entire country is extremely proud!❤🇱🇻 Today we had an official day off work (decided by Latvian parliament late last night) and over 30 000 people came out to the Freedom monument in Riga (our capital city) to welcome our guys back home and thank them for such an achievement!❤ Hockey is a celebration here!🇱🇻

What the hell??? 2022 tournament was worst ever... crushed in winter, IIHF killed them in summer... The fans can't be deceived, it's not just the time of the year (you don't want to watch hockey in August), but also the phantom disappearance of a strong Russian team... as a result, the worst attendance, possibly in history... it was one big shame...
