It seems like there’s so many instances where the officers struggle with getting a resisting suspect into the cruiser that the partition is more a hindrance than anything else. Because if it wasn’t there they could have an officer pull the suspect into the backseat from the other side of the car. Which I’ve seen in some body cam videos where that partition isn’t there.

coming from a parent that has a daughter that was just like this at 12 can not even begin to imagine what its like to deal with a child that's out of control. we did everything imaginable to get her help, therapy, medicine, even had to put her in the hospital a few times. we was not parents that was absent ,neglectful or didn't care. we was there every step of the way with her. I at one point lost hope that she was never gonna get past it but with the grace of GOD she finally did. through the whole process with her I had so many people giving there opinion on our choices, judging our choices and I just got to the point where I started telling people that if you haven't raised this age shut the hell up because you cant even begin to know what its like to raise a child that is like this. she put her dad and I threw hell for about 2 years. she is now 23yrs and has a baby of her own and does not act like that anymore. so to the parents out there that is going threw this, don't give up, I promise it will get better. let them know that you love them and will always be there for them. sometimes the behavior of a child is not always the lack of parents. as parents we do the best we can but sometimes its just not enough but we have to just keep trying until it sticks.

We keep trying.
@LK-tp2le6 ай бұрын
@@KatieBearGrrr In your situation, you've clearly done everything to seek professional support once the behavioural problems started. My only question is how well healthy boundaries were enforced and behaviour taught before the age of 3, not only by yourself but also anyone else involved in your son's life? Somewhere he learnt that violence was an effective method to get his own way whereas majority of toddlers/young children know not to even attempt violence towards their parents because it won't go down well for them. My own parents didn't hit me as punishment but I knew if I ever dared hit them then they would have retaliated. For the example of cleaning his room, many kids may ignore a request to clean and have to be bribed with a treat to do it but they respect their parent enough to not physically assault them.

She assaulted the SRO, the principal and 3 others at school..Mom begged for them to arrest her because there's literally NOTHING she can do with the kid and they wouldn't. The system coddles this behavior, pats these kids on the butt, hands them a cookie and sends them on their way saying "it's just typical teenage behavior". Getting fake IDs, sneaking into parties that you know you're not supposed to be at which is why you had to get a fake id to get in LOL yeah what are you actually the victim of there? Those girls perpetuate every single part of that meticulously and intentionally all the way down to the hounding men for sex which you guys also say doesn't happen but that girl who tried to frame Matt Ariza actually recorded herself trying to recruit every single guy at the party for the gang bang which of course the cops got a hold of and that's what ultimately tore her lawsuit, not criminal case but lawsuit apart... Oh yeah and Matt wasn't even there, that helped LOL all you had to do was watch the video and see 🙄

As a 12 year old, I have friends who would for sure act like this. I know they are in an unhealthy place from the people and just everything. This is not her being “entitled” this is her being abused and acting how she was taught to act.

@@Christina-xp9ys you read my mind all this attitude and trouble she is bringing on herself. I'm willing to bet the reason she wants to go to her dad's is not bc he's sober but bc he let's her run around and do what she wants to. And mom and step dad actually set down rules or tried to anyway. If her dad is such a great and sober parent where is he when her mom and step dad are out in middle of the night trying to find her, why wasn't he called.

@stealthyrebellion7 ай бұрын
@@justinbrowning2079 sometimes it's the opposite too. Where at home is where all the pain and stresses are. I just think we shouldn't call everyone like this monsters especially children. Monsters are the ones doing HUGE crimes not someone who got arrested for basically running away more or less. I have ran away from my family too. But I think it's a fear of not wanting to go home. Most people in these cases deserve empathy still and I think as the US develops more we need to have more things in our society to truly help not only victims of past but a lot of times during the abuse or whatever it is. They are gaslit and lied to a lot into staying with the person they are with. I just think as a society we need to be more empathically smarter then most people are but I will say there are people who are unfortunately incapable to empathy (which is a human trait every human is supposed to have it but it's a matter of showing it and being able to).

Mom is exactly right! These kids aren’t held accountable so they don’t respect anyone.
@Algebruh24077 ай бұрын
At the same time, respect and accountability starts in the house. It is the job of the parents to teach their kids to respect them and others, and then it is their job to hold them accountable for when they don't. These principles of respect and kindness trickle down from the household to the way that they treat others outside. A broken justice system is just a cop out for bad parenting.

she did not fail her child💀 i’ve been in a VERY similar situation to this and i tried blaming my parents but realized it was because they cared. it was mentioned that she has mood disorders and that can be very hard to parent. her mom clearly was doing everything she could to get her help it’s just that these places do not help. her mom is obviously at a complete loss on what to do, it’s obvious she cares and i don’t think she failed her, i just think when you have disorders like that it’s very very hard to parent because no matter what your kids gonna blame you for making them worse. the same thing happened to me i hated my parents for the longest time after they called the cops on me for hitting them and sent me to the mental hospital but then i put myself in their shoes and realized that there was literally NOTHING else they could do.

@sidneypoole I too was in that situation and when I begged for help after hospitals, mental health care. 2 suicides and 3 times being detained I begged cps for help. I called them many times and was told he hasn't tried to kill himself or anyone else enough times. Hasn't been arrested enough times and hasn't too many times?? That's batshit insane. I even went the lengths of getting a big brother. . I finally opened a voulentary case on myself to get help after a 3rd suicide attempt . Long story short. They finally helped me when I opened a voluntary case. After it took 8 yrs of advocating for my kid to get some form of special help. . He is now 20. And with the help he got and therapies we got together. My baby is back to being a my sweet kiddo.some ppl don't understand circumstances to every childs mental health issues. Now if he needs to talk, we discuss things. If he's upset, he tells me. He has respect, boundaries and understands you can't act crazy to get your way. To all those3 saying it's the parent. I was a single parent. Didn't do drugs or drink and did everything I could to help my son. That meant having to work excessive amounts of hours because my husband was no longer in the equation as he passed away. I didnt choose to be a single parent. It was the hand i was dealt. And I wanst looking for a man to fill his shoes just to give him a dad. Many of us go through hell and so many ppl say it's the parents fault. That mother may not be a good one. But every avenue she's explained to the police I also took l!!! Above and beyond. So unless you understand , plz be kind. Not all of us are pos parents as your saying.
