Pretty much. I was outstriking him the first fight and got flashed, so I figured I wanted to strike with his guy. I thought he would strike more. Hindsight being 20/20 if I chose Volk it would've gone like the Islam fight.

Might as well expect it, most 1,2 or hook/uppercut straight combos are coming with a high kick if you’re blocking. Naz is good at tucking em in though

A tap after the bell and they counted it! Never seen that before! Those were awesome fights by two evenly matched killers! It seemed to me like neither one of y’all worked the body much. Maybe just me, but it dawned on me during the last fight. I notice that the higher level the players, the more respect you see in the approach, much like in the real UFC. No spamming (except for both players spamming short punches on the ground as the round runs out😂) or over-aggressiveness. It’s all pretty clean. Evidence that for all of it’s detractors, EA is getting a lot right with UFC.

@@xxdrcodxx1780 Na match up wise vs Ilia, Volk is better than Conor, especially since Conor got nerfed with the celtic cross frame fix. Conor is great against anyone who doesn't have a TD Arsenal. I chose Conor because I wanted to beat him with his favorite guy since I beat his best guy with Islam already. That's on me taking that risk. Cody's chin is doodoo but I liked the challenge, it was risky due to O'Malleys range, didn't necessarily like that I got flashed but it is what it is, I can't control that. I had initially planned to use Gaethje for LW but since I had lost the first one I decided to just secure a W with Islam 🤣
