I played a gig and I was the only one outside of the pavilion... and it of course started raining, and yeah my cymbals made no sound basically, Ironic how they get so dry with being wet

One of the many reasons I admire Todd is his openness, his drive and passion and his profound willingness to share and educate. No false pretense or presumption of celebrity with this guy. He's a drummer, as are we and shares that vibe with us and wants us all to succeed. Bravo Todd and thanks bud!

I have to respectfully disagree. I am pretty sure Todd is a musician, not just a drummer. Not all people that play the drums are musicians. Todd is the complete package, near the top of the pack. Thank you for sharing with us Todd.

That's an example of what a great drummer is. They're not only great musicians, they're also great people who inspire others to become better at what they do. That's why Todd in one of my favorite drummers.

Todd is the Sidney Crosby of drumming. The reason why I like Sid is because he has twice as many assists as goals that means he spends twice as much time helping others succeed, and that’s you Todd! bravo!

This is epic. The passion in all these people is very inspiring and makes me proud to have chosen to play drums, for the past 40 years. The people you meet are generally very cool and the connection or bridge because of music, can form friendships that last a lifetime.

Everything about this was awesome, but the thing that stood out to me the most is how they were able make sure the kit was stable on that horribly uneven mountainside. Lol Nice work Drumeo and Mr Sucherman! Nice work indeed.

I'm so glad I stumbled onto this channel a few months ago after I decided to get back on the horse after a 12 year hiatus. With all the tips from this channel, I feel like I am a much better drummer now than I was when I stopped playing (at the time I stopped I had been playing 12 years already). I am more focused and technical than I was in the past. Not to mention, my 2yr. old daughter is showing interest and asks to play all the time now. :) So with that said, thanks for existing Drumeo.

I've been rained on - many times! One of the most memorable was when I played a private party and a tornado swept in. We on a balcony of a mansion near Ann Arbor, MI. Another was playing a Christmas parade in downtown Rochester, MI. Same parade, a year prior it was brutally cold.
