this is fucking talent beyond what most people can achieve he is one of the goats of drumming 29 seconds in and he knew the beat tempo and feel of the song and performed honestly better than the original in my opinion. Master class in how to be a true drummer any person who drums should look up to this dude period. I'm not a drummer and I never thought I'd watch a 30 minute video about a drummer. But I've always loved the Who and knew Keith Moon played differently than other drummers and wow, do I love him more now.

It feels like we've got the Bonzo of our time. Chad embodies the same genius for transforming simple rhythmic ideas - concepts other drummers might dismiss as too basic - into legendary grooves. Every hit resonates, and you can hear his drums singing with an almost spiritual energy. While Led Zeppelin understandably paid homage to Bonzo in their rare reunion performances by placing Jason Bonham, his son, behind the kit, I can’t help but think Chad would’ve been the ultimate choice. His style, power, and musicality feel like the closest thing to channeling Bonzo’s spirit today.
