This isn’t the nicest or most expensive basement gym, but it’s mine and “I like it a lot.”

I understand. I paid a premium on my equipment because at that time, everything was sold out or was hard to come by....To this day, I don't regret it at all, I don't care if I overpaid....in the end, I needed gym equipment ASAP and I knew gyms would be close for a long time....I was right, because they still haven't reopened since October. But now I learned to appreciate working out at home which was my initial worry (I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy working out with that social environment). Not anymore, now I ask myself why did I wait for Covid to buy them and not before. Now the hard part....is to stop buying more gym equipment, it's tough....lol. Especially when you and Coop come out with new items. You are both making it hard on my wallet.

Well Brandon, I've come up with some crafty/easy ways to add mirrors without damaging walls; super glue neodymium plate magnets to corners of plate mirrors (if you ever want to remove, all it takes is a spatula or acetone/goof-off solvent for more stubborn adhesions). Only future addition I anticipate making would be adding wheels to my weight tree (DIY, using some strong @$$ locking wheels). Might build a gun rack style barbell holder just for some more DIY fun (getting into welding, soldering, brazing...easy compared to glass blowing)
@BasementBrandon3 жыл бұрын

Amazing setup! Any chance I can buy the rep iso arms from you and save them from the grave yard?.. I'll pay for them and shipping. Obviously if you not seeing yourself using them.

I got a locker to put all that stuff like you have on the shelf. Looks like you will need 2 lockers.
