The most important part when it comes to Miami condos and apartments is knowing the type of residence that resides there; it can be dangerous and ruin the property value, especially with Miami's history of illegal activity. I wish landlords would take that into consideration it’s not about the type of luxury amenities or how close it is to attractions.

Is there a specific example of a building in Brickell that has had a major issue with safety or property values? Like in any major city there is always an exception, but I haven’t seen any pervasive problems myself. Let me know. -Sep Niakan
