Had to share..while vacationing is Maui, we planned on a scramble play. The course required the second player to have clubs. Of course we went to a local thrift store and bought a golf bag for $17. We also found an Odyessy Dual Force Rosie II that we couldn’t pass up for $8.99! Thanks for the idea to shop at a thrift store!

I have to say that my Nike Slingshot Irons are not only long, but they are also very forgiving! The only other set of irons that I owned that were as long as my Nike's were my King Cobra Oversized Irons. But I sold them because they were unpredictable! I could never predict how far they would go...I only kept the gap wedge because it was great to hit when I was in between a 9 & 8 iron. Like I said, they were very long!

The city owned course Daytona Beach Golf club has two sets of 18 hole courses, North and South that are both usually in great shape. The Riviera CC in Ormond Beach is also worth a look. And the course they were on in this video is Cypress Head GC. Also a fairly decent course. And one other that is a real nice place, if you don't mind a small drive is Victoria Hills Golf Club in Deland, FL. One course that I would stay away from is Tomoka Oaks. Terrible course in bad shape.

I personally think picking up a set of one length cobra irons is the best way to get good results, then you only need to learn one swing for your irons ! Lots of people hate on one lengths but I’ve been gaming them for a year ( started with them ) and I’ve dropped from shooting 120’s to the 80’s !!! Lowest so far is an 81 ! Good luck with whatever you end up gaming !
