NOBODY told me how beautiful this 13th century town was, located in a valley with its half timbered houses and charming cobbled streets! And you HAVE to add it to your travel planning list 🫶

This beautiful 13th century town is located in Germany and is located in a valley, meaning from the two lookout points you have amazing views over the town. The lookout points you’ll want to visit are:
📍Tower on the Rahmenberg
📍Monschau Castle
The town has cobbled streets, small cafes and shops and is really charming. Additionally the ‘red house’ museum is the most beautiful building in the town.
It’s located near the border between Germany and Belgium and can be accessed via a direct bus (SB66) from Aachen.
Location: 📍 Monschau
