I think the main reason people might think this dungeon is forgettable is thematically it is very similar to vanguard which was the last dungeon and that is a better one imo

It's also the dungeon under level cap honestly so you'll likely run it once for the MSQ and then never be in a position to run it again unless you choose to.

I screamed when I saw ambrose. Eden is my favorite Raid series and I immediately went lore nutty wondering if someone on the first had their soul sucked, or how they came up with the ideas for it

i think it was a fairly decent dungeon, which showcased the cruelty of a country ran by ZoraalJaJa. The massive amounts of souls just chilling in containers & the soul experiments they attempted on the cyclops+turtle near the end + LastBoss. But alas it's the 99dungeon, XPwise... you only need to do it half as much as any other dungeon.

I liked this dungeon up until the 3rd part. I wish they did more last rooms like the tower of Babel where you're just taking on a horde. In Origenics it's...kill 2 big robots, unlock door, kill two big cyclops, go through door, kill 1 big turtle with room-wide aoe and tons of health, go through door. It really kills the pacing.

Im glad I wasnt the only one that thought Origenics was mid af compared to the rest. The really just said "Hey, you wanna do Vanguard again but worse?"

Btw you can cast sleep/repose on the turtle at the end 3 times to cancle the huge aoe. Doesn't speed it up much, because all 3 ads are so chunky, you can barely AOE them, but eh.

I disagree. It's not the best no but it is unique from the rest and a good introduction of what to expect from dungeons going forward! And it has some nice views to show of the new graphics.

Some people just find it fun to play through the dungeons their first time the "canon" way with the scions there.

I feel like the player dropoff was steep 30-45 days after launch. They really should have more endgame content but don't seem to learn from the past.

Origenics is kinda forgettable tbh It doesn't have any glam like the pre EW penultimate story dungeons, and isn't the feels hitter that Aitaiascope was It's just the warmup to Zoraal Ja
